In 2012, Victoria had just graduated from the Faculty of Law and wanted to become a lawyer. She had also attended courses in legal English and received two Cambridge certificates that attest her skills in this domain - Certificate in Advanced English and International Legal English Certificate. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since September 2013 and in January 2016 she became a fully qualified lawyer.
Through her activity over the years, she has offered legal representation in court to public authorities and institutions of the local administration. She has also managed cases of social importance. Some of these cases involved mitigating differences between the producer and the distributor of the thermic energy or raising constitutional challenges; the aim of one such challenge was to protect the rights of people with disabilities. She is appreciated for her seriousness and perseverance.
